- Making the process move quickly. Staff at surgery centers and physician practices are busy, and being pushed to the limit every day. We understand those time constraints, and our goal is to make the process fast and as efficient as possible. From signed contract to go-live, the process takes an average of four weeks. The initial time commitment from clients averages only five hours per week, allowing your organization to run with as little interruption as possible.
- Providing dedicated support. A dedicated account manager will guide you through the implementation process, including the initial build of your center’s customized Hybrent platform and thorough personalized training. In addition to your account manager, our customer service team is always ready and willing to help with any issues. Online training tools are also available through our customer portal, should you need to brush up on a specific feature such as adding an item or receiving.
- Hiring clinical experts to serve on staff.
